MY LITTLE MAN

Few days off cleaning gear, repainting and patching knocks and bumps in the studio’s walls…by the time it was finished my little man just wanted his picture taken!
Everyone has their favourite portrait lens, I’ve got two that I love, the old school AF-DC NIKKOR 135mm F/2D for its ethereal soft glow and by far the most exotic and insanely detailed the AF-S NIKKOR 200mm f/2G ED VR. The 200mm still after all these years is just so good, it’s a monster to hold but its results are amazing.
Three light setup all meter with a Sekonic L508. Main light Godox AD600 Pro with 70cm Beauty Dish at 1/32nd power, Catch light, Godox V1 with 50cm Beauty Dish at 1/16th power and background light Godox V1 with barn doors at full power.
No editing to the image besides setting the WB from a X Rite ColorChecker.
