From the land of The Man From Snowy River, the Snowy Mountains is an iconic region for horse riding and it does get more Aussie than brumbies, kelpies, Jillaroos and Jackaroos.
The latest Fly Program saw participants challenged with riding trained brumbies at Thredbo Valley Horseriding located at Crackenback, NSW. While some had a small amount of horse experience others it was the first time. After a crash course in riding, they saddled up and headed into the mountains. At the end of the day a fireside cookup, chat and relax.
Even the working dogs get their time off.
